Hi there! I’m Leslie Price, owner of Priceless Path Realty Group, North Carolina REALTOR®, and real estate guide for life’s meaningful transitions.
To me, real estate isn’t just about property. It’s about people, stories, and seasons of change. I find beauty in the way nature moves through its rhythms… the soft promise of a sunrise and the quiet reflection of a sunset. Both hold their own kind of grace: one welcomes what’s ahead, the other honors what has been. That’s how I see each real estate journey, too. Whether you’re opening a new chapter in a home that fits your next stage of life, or closing the door on a place filled with memories, there’s beauty to be found in both moments.
Before real estate, I spent 19 years managing group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. That season of my life shaped so much of who I am. It taught me to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet, and fiercely advocate for those who need a voice. Those same strengths now guide how I care for my clients… with patience, clarity, and strong determination.
While I love to start and end my days with stillness…hot coffee or tea in hand, soaking in the color and quiet of the sky, seeking the Lord for guidance in life and business… the hours in between are anything but slow. I’m passionate, quick-moving, and sometimes a little too loud. I like to make every day an adventure, bringing both energy and excellence to everything I do. My clients know I’m a no-nonsense advocate when it comes to protecting their best interests… but they also know we’ll share many laughs along the way. Whether I’m creating a marketing plan, negotiating a contract, or celebrating at the closing table, I approach it all with creativity, heart, and a touch of extravagance… because life’s too short to be ordinary.
Outside of real estate, I find joy in spending time with family & friends, reading, and road trips. I especially love creating and sharing music with others…from bluegrass jam sessions to heartfelt moments of worship… because connection, in any form, is something I deeply treasure. It’s that same spirit of connection that guides every relationship I build and every path I help someone walk.
